Returning Policy

  1. Return Period: You may return new and unused products purchased directly from www.hangaplane.com within 7 days for a refund or credit. All returns must receive prior approval.

  2. Condition of Returned Merchandise: The returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, complete with all parts, accessories, and materials. It should be in new and unused condition and needs to arrive in perfect condition. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund or provide a partial refund if the product is broken or has missing parts.

  3. Shipping Charges: Except for incorrectly shipped items, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges for both the original shipment and the return shipment. Additionally, the customer is responsible for any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes associated with the service and shipment of the product, where applicable.

  4. Payment Processing Fee: Please note that a payment processing fee of 5% is charged for all orders. This fee is non-refundable in the event of an order cancellation, as it is paid directly to our payment service provider. Therefore, we are unable to refund the payment processing fee as it is a cost incurred by us.
